Seashell Cream Puffs with Blueberry Mousse

We love cream puffs! I make them quite often actually. Once a month at least. I usually fill them with German Vanilla Buttercream, dust them or drizzle them with melted dark chocolate. They are so delicious and easy to make.


Seeing all the seashell desserts on pinterest got me thinking, what if I made seashell cream puffs. It's not impossible, right?

Shark Infested Cake Roll

It's a Shark Week and I made a delicious Shark Cake Roll. I was playing with the idea of shark cake roll for a little while and while I wanted to add a shark silhouette to the design; I think it would have complicated the design. Making the fins, either from cookies or fondant works great and it's effective.
