R2 D2 Star Wars Mini Cheesecakes




I'm addicted to my new mini cheesecake pan. It is fun to use and produces perfect mini cheesecakes. They are 2 to 3 bites in size.
I put it to a good use again and made these Star Wars inspired cheesecakes. Instead of traditional crust I used half of oreo cookie. So simple and effective.

Mini Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cheesecakes




I have a new kitchen gadget!
Mini cheesecake pan and I absolutely love it. Love at first sight. I'm not sure what took me this long to get one of these awesome pans but regardless I'm in the need of another one, because one is just not enough.

My wonderful neighbors gave me sugar pumpkins and I made delicious, to die for delicious puree, so sweet you'd think I for sure added sugar. I didn't.

Captain America Shield Cookies





A friend asked me to make Captain America Shield cookies. Of course, no problem, I thought. Then I realized : all those circles, how am I going to pipe them? I don't have a kopykake so mostly I rely on templates. Template it is. I made a simple paper template for circles and a star template. I used them to help me get even circles and a pretty white star.

Harry Potter Gingerbread House





I haven't made a gingerbread house since last Christmas.
It was time make some new gingerbread. Halloween is around the corner and I had a thought :
"Harry Potter Gingerbread House."
That's what I made : from glasses, lightning bolt, platform 9 3/4, owls, broom, magic books, cauldron, polyjuice potion, golden snitch and glittering green skull.

Rilakkuma Rice Krispies Cake




I made a really cute Rilakkuma Bear Cake!
Don't worry you don't need to turn on your oven, this is a no bake cake. It's is made entirely out of rice krispies cereal and I also used some chocolate, marshmallows and fondant for decorations. It is super easy to make and really yummy too. My favorite is the chocolate layer. So tasty.

Minions Ice Cream Sandwiches




We are in the peak of the Ice Cream Season so when deciding if I should fill my whoopie pies with buttercream or ice cream it was a rather easy decision. Ice Cream it is, all the way! Ice Cream is also my favorite dessert so it was a no-brainer, really!
