Roasted Heart Potatoes with Rosemary

My love for all things potatoes is going strong, just as I've shared with you last year and year before that. It's simple, we love potatoes. We buy them in 50lb bags. Potatoes we usually get are called Chef Potatoes, our local farmer's market carries them.

See when you use an airbrush color that comes out the nozzle also gets on the surrounding areas, not just the airbrushed item. So no matter how small the cookie is, there is always an overspray.

I used egg yolks in the batter and natural yellow color reacted with blue. There you have it, it turned green. I still baked the roll just to see what it would look like but at

Steel Cut Oats Pancakes

While I have been compensated for this Steel Cut Oats Pancake Recipe by #CollectiveBias, Inc. and Quaker. All opinions are mine alone, #MyOatsCreation .

I hope everyone had a great holiday season. It flew by, literally.

I ate cookies(lots of cookies) and other yummy treats and I made my favorite potato salad with breaded fish. Loved it.
